Europe union unify electric and electronic equipment EMC law of every member state

EU notice the directive proposal about unifing EMC law of every member state in February,2012.
The committee proposal include the rule of managing electric and electronic equipment EMC basic requirement(directive 2004/108/EC） and new legislation frame, specially bring into correspondence with resolution No 768/2008/EC.it is one part of including 9 EU directives which bring into correspondence with new legislation frame.the revise suggested refer to duty of strengthen economy operator ,specially traceability of product ,strengthen the requirement of bulletin organization and simplify the process of guarantee terms.
